I understand that all communication with Authentic Healing Touch is done through email, Facebook, Instagram or Zoom and that there is no phone number.

I understand that, all payments are refundable minus transaction fees or booking fees and transferable if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours prior to appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours of scheduling, I will receive a refund minus any transaction fees.

If I cancel my appointment after 24 hours of scheduling, I will receive a refund minus 20 booking fee.

I understand that, if I don't cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours prior to my appointment and don't show up, ALL MONIES, CERTIFICATES, OR VOUCHERS WILL BE FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTIONS. And I maybe banned from making future appointments.

I understand that, if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, I can do so with my confirmation or reminder email at least 6 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

I understand that if I reschedule more than twice, my appointment will be canceled and a 50% refund issued, unless prior consent was given.

I understand that this is necessary because a time commitment is held exclusively for the session requested. I understand if I am late for the session, I may lose some of the session time.

I understand that Authentic Healing Touch makes no claims to cure any condition or disease.

I agree to waive Krystal Rain, Authentic Healing Touch from any and all claims, loss, liability, costs, or damages to person or physical property, of any nature, which may arise in from, or related to any session or any other services provided by Krystal Rain, Authentic Healing Touch.
